Hello everybody!

I have designed the poster for my film opening! I have used Photoshop to do so, using one of the images that I had edited beforehand (see my previous posts).

My Film Poster:

For my film poster, I conducted some research on what goes on the writing block at the bottom of the poster. I also included at the bottom the website for my blog (where all the information about my film opening is). 

The logo for Holographic Pictures, the date of release, 12th of March and a Rating for the potential film are also included.

In the tagline, I wanted to convey one of the topics in my film opening: how having a healthy relationship can help you grow as a person. That is why I chose "The Purest Love comes from Broken People", to convey the theme of helping each other and growing through love.

The fonts are a contrast of calligraphic and typewriter, but both styles are typical of  Teenage films, especially Teen Rom-Coms, such as To All The Boys I've Loved, or Teen Romance Dramas, such as After. 

I also included a graphic of a wing with birds flying out of it. This conveys the motto "Take these broken wings and learn to fly", which is a running theme in my film as well.
